Causes of Acid Reflux
Acid reflux generally arises when your lower esophageal sphincter does not function in a proper way. When this is the case, acid will seep upwards from the stomach to your esophagus. Acid reflux occurs in pregnant women. If you have a habit of taking large meals, you are more prone to acid reflux. Another main reason responsible for acid reflux is the lack of digestive enzymes in your stomach.
